FAB Project:
The FAB project, which is sponsored by the ERASMUS+ program, has as its main objective strengthening
higher education capacity in Malaysia, the Philippines, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal, and Cambodia. The
project`s emphasis is on family business management and the creation of educational curricula that
respond to the particular skill gaps in this area. The project`s goal is to create a framework for
comprehending the nature, significance, and distinctiveness of family businesses as well as to
design and create a cutting-edge Master`s Program in Family Business Management. Additionally, the
FAB program will use expertise, best practices, and procedures from European HEIs, specifically
Portugal, Greece, and Cyprus, bridging the academic gap and meeting the region`s employment demands
for specialists.
