កិច្ចប្រជុំលើកទី១នៃគម្រោង START Cambodia

នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី២២ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ឯកឧត្តមសាស្ត្រាចារ្យរង ពិន វណ្ណារ៉ូ បានដឹកនាំក្រុមការងារចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំលើកទី១នៃគម្រោង START Cambodia (Strategic Transformations for Wider Access, Stronger Retention and Improved Conditions for More Diverse Students to Thrive) រៀបចំដោយអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានឧត្តមសិក្សា នៃក្រសួងអប់រំ យុវជន និងកីឡា ដែលប្រព្រឹត្តទៅរយៈពេល៤ថ្ងៃ គឺចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី២២ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី២៥ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅវិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិអប់រំ (NIE)។

On the morning of June 22, 2026, Assoc. Prof. Pin Vannaro led a working group at the 1st General Meeting of the START Cambodia Project (Strategic Transformations for Wider Access, Stronger Retention, and Improved Conditions for More Diverse Students to Thrive). Organized by the Directorate General of Higher Education of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, the 4-day meeting is being held from June 22 to June 25, 2026, at the National Institute of Education (NIE).

កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះប្រព្រឹត្តទៅដោយមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមជាអធិបតីភាពពី ឯកឧត្តម ម៉ក់ ងយ អគ្គនាយកនៃអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានឧត្តមសិក្សា និងមានសុន្ទរកថាស្វាគមន៍ដោយ លោក Bryan Fornari ប្រធានផ្នែកសហប្រតិបត្តិការ នៃប្រតិភូសហភាពអឺរ៉ុបប្រចាំព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីក្រុមការងារអនុវត្តគម្រោងពីគ្រឹះស្ថានឧត្តមសិក្សាសាធារណៈកម្ពុជាចំនួន០៥ (សាកលវិទ្យាល័យហេងសំរិនត្បូងឃ្មុំ វិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិអប់រំ សាកលវិទ្យាល័យភូមិន្ទភ្នំពេញ វិទ្យាស្ថានបច្ចេកវិទ្យាកម្ពុជា និងសាកលវិទ្យាល័យស្វាយរៀង) អគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានឧត្តមសិក្សានៃក្រសួងអប់រំ យុវជន និងកីឡា ព្រមទាំងសាកលវិទ្យាល័យ Groningen នៃប្រទេសហូឡង់។

គម្រោង START Cambodia ដែលគាំទ្រហិរញ្ញវត្ថុដោយសហភាពអឺរ៉ុប មានគោលបំណងចំនួន៣៖
- ការបង្កើនឱកាសចូលរៀននៅឧត្តមសិក្សាប្រកបដោយសមធម៌ ជាពិសេសសម្រាប់សិស្សមកពីគ្រួសារក្រីក្រ និងក្រុមងាយរងគ្រោះ
- ការកែលម្អកម្មវិធីសិក្សាឆ្នាំទី១ ដើម្បីពង្រឹងការបន្តការសិក្សា និងការទទួលបានជោគជ័យក្នុង ការសិក្សារបស់និស្សិត
- ការកសាងយន្តការ និងរចនាសម្ព័ន្ធ សម្រាប់ការបន្តការសិក្សាពីកម្រិតមធ្យមសិក្សាទៅ ឧត្តមសិក្សាប្រកបដោយបរិយាបន្ន

គម្រោង START Cambodia ចូលរួមចំណែកយ៉ាងសំខាន់ក្នុងការជំរុញកំណែទម្រង់ឧត្តមសិក្សានៅកម្ពុជា ឱ្យកាន់តែមានគុណភាព សមធម៌ និងបរិយាបន្ន។

The meeting was presided over by His Excellency Mak Ngoy, Director General of the Directorate General of Higher Education, with a welcoming speech delivered by Mr. Bryan Fornari, Head of Cooperation of the European Union Delegation to the Kingdom of Cambodia. It was attended by project implementation teams from 5 Cambodian public higher education institutions:

University of Heng Samrin Thbongkhmum (UHST)
National Institute of Education (NIE)
Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP)
Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC)
Svay Rieng University (SRU)

Representatives from the Directorate General of Higher Education of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, as well as the University of Groningen from the Netherlands, were also in attendance.
